Arriving in Istanbul is only the first part of the journey. Getting from the airport to Euro Stars Hotel Old City can involve long distances, heavy traffic and different road conditions depending on the airport and arrival time. For travelers who value a direct journey and a clearly agreed price, a private airport transfer in Istanbul offers a practical alternative to arranging transportation after landing.
We provide private, fixed-price transportation 24 hours a day, 7 days a week between Istanbul Airport (IST), Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW) and Euro Stars Hotel Old City.
Your vehicle is reserved for your passengers. There are no shared passengers, no unnecessary hotel stops and no taximeter calculation. The destination can also be changed to another hotel, Airbnb or private address when arranged in advance.
Passenger numbers alone do not determine which vehicle is appropriate. Luggage is one of the most important factors when planning an Istanbul airport transfer.
Two passengers with several large suitcases may need more luggage space than a family traveling with only cabin bags. For this reason, we recommend informing us about the approximate number and size of your bags when making the reservation.
For larger groups, excess luggage, baby strollers or bulky equipment, larger vans and minibuses can be arranged. When luggage requirements are unclear, a photograph of the bags can help us assess the required vehicle before the journey.
Airport pickup is coordinated in advance rather than left to chance. After booking, passengers receive the relevant meeting-point information and transfer instructions.
At Istanbul Airport, vehicles normally wait in the airport garage because restrictions prevent transfer vehicles from simply remaining at the terminal curb. After collecting luggage, passengers proceed to the agreed meeting area and contact our team. Our staff then coordinates the vehicle and assists with the continuation of the journey.
Flight monitoring is part of the operation. We follow the scheduled flight information so that delays can be taken into consideration when organizing the pickup.
A realistic transfer plan must account for Istanbul's traffic. Journey times are estimates, not guarantees. School hours, rush-hour congestion, accidents, road works, bridge traffic and unexpected closures can all affect the duration.
For an airport-to-hotel journey, this means the same route can take considerably different amounts of time on different days. For hotel-to-airport transportation, we recommend leaving sufficient time rather than calculating the pickup solely from the airline's departure time.
A reliable airport transfer requires more than sending a driver to an address. The reservation team must coordinate flight information, passenger details, vehicle suitability, driver assignment, meeting instructions and timing.
This operational approach is particularly important for international visitors who may be arriving after a long flight and are unfamiliar with Istanbul's airport layout.
Whether you arrive at IST or SAW, the goal is simple: a private vehicle, a transparent fixed price, clear communication and direct transportation to Euro Stars Hotel Old City.
The service is available 24/7, including early-morning and late-night arrivals, with transportation planned according to your flight and destination details.
